Pathetic service
I have never receive such pathetic service as I have from Mix Telematics. I sold my vehicle in November 2018 and advise Thabang on the phone on 22 Feb 2019( which was recorded) and that the new owner of the Brent was taking over the payments and he cancelled the service after the new owner didn’t want the tracker no more . I then received a phone call from Thabang saying that Brent is paying the outstanding balance of R300 that he owes. Yesterday I received a very rude and unprofessional call from a lady named Leletu saying I owe R300, and now that I requested the recordings from February, they are missing what a coincidence. I demand an answers from Mix Telematics
