Pathetic service
I eventually received a call after 4 months from a consultant who appeared to be of sound mind, he informed me that the ontstanding debit order was not loaded as agreed upon via email with the previous *********** consultant hence the outstanding amount sms. Eventually my account was debited twice which included the outstanding amount. Today I receive another sms account outstanding Your MiX Telematics Account for Matrix / Beame service is overdue. Call us to discuss payment options or make urgent payment to FNB Acc ***. Your ***. Please stay away from this company , they are totally ***********.
