Pathetic Service
I’m so disgusted by the call center agents, I’ve been calling since 8 am this morning trying to get a reference number to have a tracking device fitted in my car but with no luck due to poor service, as soon as the call gets to an agent they would pretend as if they can not hear me and just hang up, I have been a loyal customer when it comes to walk in installation.I must just the call center service is pathetic
