Pathetic service

I've been on the phone for an hour, no answer. When i finally get hold of someone i was told they need to speak to a technician and will contact me shortly. It's been another hour, with no assistance, and no one has contacted me back STILL. Even after reiterating how urgent the matter is. I am definitely cancelling my service. I am clearly paying for nothing. They are offering me zero service, and it shows even if a person was to get hijacked God forbid, they are still going to take the whole year to assist.

I need someone to urgently go to the dealership and move or temporarily remove the tracker as it's interfering with the vehicle repair. Now everything is getting delayed thanks to you guys.
