Pathetic ******** that will continue to try and take your money even though you canceled the subscription!!

Only after 2 or so months, have I finally received a receipt of my cancellation request for the termination of my subscription. During this period, they have constantly debited my account. What makes matters worse is that this is supposed to be a month to month contract??? Yet they have the audacity to charge me a settlement amount of R1000 to confirm the cancellation? What is that for exactly? I am seriously confused.......they never answer calls, they never reply to mails?? They're nothing but a bunch of ********!!! They very quick to debit your account and take your money yet they never respond? They're pathetic!
