Pathetic Mix Telematics
In 2007 I bought a Toyota Hilux and had a tracking unit installed by Mix Telematics and signed a 24 month contract. After the 24 months I continued paying the monthly instalment up until March 2018, a full 132 months. I am unemployed and requested them to stop the service. They continued debiting me until I sent and email. Now they say I owe them R680 and they keep on debiting my account, causing my account to go into excess and incurring R/D charges of R150 every time the bank returns the payment. I tried explaining my situation to them but they are not interested in the fact that I do not earn an income at the moment. I am so tired of these big companies taking advantage of the little guy on the street. Have they not received more than enough from me in 11 years?
