PATHETIC DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ****************
Disgusting service!!! After my vehicle was written off in an accident this company refuses to cancel the service!!!! If there is no vehicle to track WHAT SERVICE AM I PAYING FOR??????????? The supposed call centre manager GEORGE MOTHUTSANE needs to attend serious client service training as he has no way of speaking to clients. He is rude, arrogant and ********!!! If i were the owner of this company i would close my doors with shame for having staff like this!!! Its not like i want to cancel because i just dont want the services anymore, the vehicle no longer exists!!! WHICH PART IS DIFFICULT TO COMPREHEND???? GEORGE YOU ARE A WALKING EMBARRASSMENT AND YOU REALLY NEED TO FIND A JOB WHERE YOU DO NOT LIASE WITH PEOPLE AT ALL!!!
