PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mixtelematix has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE as their a business fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality, response time, or overall customer experience. Ive been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks - i keep having to do a follow up email or call.. The consultants are even worse as one consultant was chewing his lunch in my ear - TERRIBLE SERVICE.....
