Pathetic customer service
<p>This companies lack of customer service is pathetic, actually it's non existent. My problem has been on going for months now and no one from the customer service desk to the management seems to care. if I could rate you a zero I would do so.... All we want is our records updated and confirmation that our tracker is activated... we are at the verge of cancellating our contract.</p>
