PATHETIC COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have been trying to cancel this policy from the beginning of this year - 2021. Made countless calls, sent the necessary e-mails. Paid the apparent final balance due by their "legal team" so that the policy can be cancelled but low and behold debit orders are still going off. I even received a CONFIRMATION LETTER a few weeks ago stating that they are cancelling the contract with immediate effect and the lady at cancellations department actually confirming with me that they should refund me a certain amount due to the fact that i followed procedure and gave notice, yet debit orders still went off and today 30 September 2021, believe it or not, another debit order went off!!!!

I have never come across such a pathetic Company or service. Stay away.
