Pathetic company
Good day this is yet the second complaint I'm putting on hellopeter regarding this pathetic company, that knows nothing about customer service. This is the second incident where my debit order has not went off I have said to these sales people numerous times telephonically my debit order is to go off on the 27th of each month, look it's now the 5th of November and stills my debit order didn't go off I have sent 2 emails to *** and still no response from them can someone please assist me in cancelling this tracking device I'm not happy I only have this for 3 months and endless issues regarding the debit order my contact details is ***.

As per our telephone conversation earlier today,we confirm that the debit order was collected on the 27th of September 2019. The next debit order will be collected on the 27th of November 2019.
