Pathetic administration

Mix telematics is a poor company to deal with, not their tracking side, its their accounts department that is pathetic. They debited my account early in december without any prior notification. I had to cover the expenses of the unpaid debit order. I gave them a specific date, why change that date without informing me now the debit order went unpaid, no communication from the company, Januaries debit order goes of, then I receive an email stating that my account is in arrears, the arrears amounts are always caused by this companies incompetence. Ita a waste to call them, the debtors never answer their phones, who will reimburse me for the unpaid debit order fee.
