Pathetic

These people will ignore you once you start requesting cancelation. It's been an ongoing issue now I'm closer to the date to avoid penalties. But my emails are falling on deaf eyes , lol. I'm with Cartrack for over a year not once did they frustrate me like these people from Matrix. Staff is arrogant speak to clients so rudely. I've had it with them never ever . I just want to be done with Matrix. Don't ever use them unless if you want pathetic service
