How i wish I could rate them a ZERO! Useless company that i have been paying for years!

their accounts department/system is the most useless on this planet. I am beyond Flabbergasted! they have messed with the wrong person.

Changed my account details, updated them and advised them use another account... debit bounced. i called them to sort this out - made payment and as usual they did meet their end of the deal. Today i get a notification that they have updated the bureaus and this has NEGATIVELY affected my credit profile all because of their incompetence. Calls to the accounts department are answered, placed on hold and im told they 'Checking their system' only to find that the call has been returned to the queue and as expected no one answers after that!

Doubt they will even bother to reply here or even deliver on the service should the need arise! USELESS is an understatement!!!!!
