I have reported here a while ago and received a response from Mixtelematics that they will be in contact soon. Well i still did not receive a call or e mail from them regarding my complaint bit instead the harrassment continues. I received a statement again claiming i owe money for February 2025 and i received calls and sms messages. This after i made it clear tgat i do not owe any money anx that i paid the last installment for December 2024 when the contract expired and after i cancelled the contract. This is absolutely pathetic and really unproffesional. I would never ever make use of Matrix again and neither will i reccomnend them to anyone
