PATHETIC

The worst, most utterly useless and pathetic company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. These people did not change my banking details in time in January 2026 (after been given ample time in which to do so), so I was given a R150.00 penalty by the bank. After complaining here on Hellopeter, they refunded the R150.00 but what did they do then? They added the R150.00 back on to my account with them and keep on trying to debit my account with it every month. I have sent them countless emails regarding this, but I get ignored. They are either too lazy to remove it or too downright stupid to understand that the cost is for THEIR account and not for mine. They have even listed it as outstanding on my credit record. Really? You need to stay away from these *********** people. Never again. I cannot wait for this joke of a contract to come to an end.
