Pathethic service hope no one else will use them

It is still sad to find such pathetic service from any company in this country. they sell you an early warning tracker but when insurance ask for it in writing they cant proof it. they also dont answer calls or whatsapps. what must one do i think drive to the company premises, is this what it will come to
