Panic button not working

I’m personally so disappointed with Matrix tracking company honestly. They gave me a panic button that does not work. I was almost involved in a hijacking and pressed the button but they never called or showed up. What’s the point of paying for this service then if they never respond when you are in danger? I need to cancel this please. Can someone from Matrix please assist.
