Panic Button

My car was installed with a tracking device last month and I was told the panic button is activated, to my Suprise it is not. I am now paying for something that is not working which I was enticed with as an added feature at a reasonable price as compared to what I was getting from Cartrack. I am not happy as a new client cos now I am not sure if the tracking is even working, my car might be at risk.
