Paid up account but still not able to access the tracker application

This company need to hire Good Service Desk Team , their team always provides wrong information. I paid up my account but they are always telling me that they are waiting for Finance to approve my credit it been 2 months now still no assistance sometimes they tell me someone who was working on my credit note has resigned they need to restart the process. I will never advice someone to use this tracking company. and I am glad my contract with them is ending this coming June. I will def cancel it.
