OVERCHARGED FOR MONTHS

Since January 2021, Beame by Mixtelematics called to say I need to start paying for my tracker they came and installed a new one. They charged me R180 and it has been rising to almost R200 in 2022. When I asked why is it so expensive one of their agents explains that it's because I have an old tracker and the cost rises each year. I have had it since 2021 and why didn't they explain and cancel the old one back in 2021? When I asked for a new one (October 2022) they charged me R60 which means I have been overcharged all this time.

They didn't respond to my emails and have charged me extra this month after cancelling the previous one and installing a new one. I am just livid at the misinformation and being overcharged all this time. I want a refund. All they did was cancel everything without acknowledging or having proper answers as why I was overcharged, they themselves don't now they called me but couldn't explain.
