Overcharged

Vehicle tracking unit stopped working. I was advised that I could get an upgrade with a three year contract. I was also advised that due to me being with Indwe Risk, I could get the discounted rate of R99 per month. I am being billed at R115 per month. I queried this and my case was referred to someone (not sure of their name) who was going to listen to my voice call and revert back to me with an answer. <br> <br> It's more than a week now, I've heard nothing back. <br> How long does it take to listen to a 20 min recorded voice call???<br> <br> I've been with Matrix for many years and this is how I get top notch service???<br> Pathetic, I should cancel due to breach of contract and just go to other tracking companies. I'm sure at their worst they will still be better than Matrix!
