Overall bad service recieved
Had a matrix tracking system installed into my vehicle. During the installation process the installer opened my vehicle's door against a pillar damaging my vehicle. After phoning the installation company all the lady said it is a inexpensive vehicle and that I shouldn't worry the installer is a highly trained individual. He was so highly trained he fitted the unit somewhere it couldn't physically fit leaving it exposed. I wanted to take photos exactly where the vehicle touched the pillar only to find out that he just move it. To date nobody has contacted me (3 months later) regarding this issue. The internet tracking services is terrible. Trips inaccurate and some missing. Would like to be contacted regarding the termination of my contract even if it includes a fee
