OVER DEBITED and EARLY DEBITED with no notice whatsoever!!!
Thus is utter nonsense!! my debit order usually goes off on the first of every month, if not then the next working day, why did I get debited today???? and I got debited R16,39 more without any notification of increase??? I tried to call to get assistance, but once again I waited on the line for over 15mins and still no assistance. WHY DO YOU GUYS DO THIS? WHY??

23 Dec 2022, 09:18I received a call (finally), and you guys tried to reduce my premium but then I get locked into another 2 year contract with you guys. I advise people to look at your Hellopeter reviews and ranking before taking a device or contract with you. I only get a call when I complain here. The overall service is **********, and it's because you KNOW they are locked in a contract with you.
