Outstanding Service from Matrix

I Would like to share the following, i did a review regarding the service i got from Matrix that at that time was not good at all , a lot was wrong at that time,

I can now give a positive feed back , Matrix called me , i explained my issues , and it was resolved , my billing problem was sorted , and the problem i had with my tracking device. was fixed Thank you to the Lady person that assist me , i did not get your name ,but you where outstanding. Andre.
