OUTRIGHT INCOMPETENCE LEADS TO DOUBLE DEBIT AND LEGAL ACTION THREAT
I recently changed my banking details, and promptly called Matrix to update my debit order with the new banking details. Last week Monday, the 19th I received an SMS informing me that my account will be billed on the 23rd September. My agreement with Matrix is the 25th (which was on Sunday). In the SMS, there was an option to say NO to the early debit order date. I then typed NO and hoped that no deduction will take place. God forbid, on the 23rd, Matrix debits both my OLD & NEW accounts. I tried calling them on *** & *** on the 23rd to correct this situation, I followed the voice prompts- to a dead end- the phone rang unanswered. I then reversed/disputed one of the two transactions. I knew this would get a reaction. And then this afternoon, I receive an SMS threatening legal action because of None Payment. The nerve, none payment for what when they have collected the premium twice. The provided a number *** which rings and nobody cares to answer it. What the HELL, Matrix!!! your poor service and incompetence is shameful! Get your damn facts straight before throwing threats at me.

You can keep your best intentions. Like I said to your agent, your incompetence and inconvenience is happening to me way too often. You can cancel my tracker subscription as I have had enough. I have sent you an email to cancel, but I know that come October the 25th, we will be back here AGAIN.
