Our bank accts are nor yr personal ***gy banks
Why have you taken 2 payments off my bank account on 26 April 2025? Reverse one amount immediately or am canceling my business with you! You requested a payment last month I paid it & sent you proof now on 26/4/25 you deduct 2 payments. Do you have idiots in yr accounts department?

29 Apr 2025, 10:41Yes thank you. I received a telephone call fm yr customer service dept. There was no suitable explanation for the mess. Basically yr accounts department has zero bookkeeping practices in place. If there had been you wld hve notes the late direct payment almost one month ago to the reference number linked to my account & the double debit at end April 2025 wld never hve happened!!
