Only interested in money and nothing else

<p>I have been trying to get this crowd to send me an installation certificate but no response at all.</p> <p>However they are very quick to call me when they want money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm supposed to get this mob to test the unit every 5 minutes as per the insurance companies ridiculous requirements, not sure how to do this as they dont even answer the mails</p>
