Ongoing poor service from Mix Telematics.
My previous reviews of Mix Telematics refer. My bank account was debited for December subscriptions despite 1) cancellation request made and fee paid in November 2) assurances from Mix that this debit would not take place. Could someone please urgently contact me to resolve this matter.
