Ongoing Debit Orders After Cancellation – Matrix Still Charging Me

Hi, I cancelled my Matrix subscription at the beginning of 2025 after selling my car, yet they continue to deduct debit orders from my account. Despite removing them from my banking app, Matrix somehow keeps resubmitting the debit orders, pushing my account into negative.

I find this unacceptable, as I am paying for a service I no longer use or need. This seems to be a recurring issue for many people, and I’m seriously considering taking legal action.

If Matrix does not resolve this urgently, I will escalate the matter further, including going public on social media platforms like Twitter.

Please assist in resolving this immediately.
