Ongoing Debit Orders After Cancellation – Harassment (*****).

I cancelled my Matrix Vehicle Tracking subscription in June 2025 after selling my vehicle. Despite this, Matrix continues to debit my bank account every month even though I no longer use or require their service.

Despite having paid the disputed cancellation amount under protest, Matrix continues to attempt unauthorised debit orders from my bank account. My bank is unable to block these debit orders because Matrix uses changing reference numbers, making it difficult to protect my account. I was warned that closing my bank account could lead to blacklisting, despite my efforts to cancel the service in good faith.

What’s most concerning is that I’ve seen many other customers online experiencing the exact same issue, which suggests this is not a once-off error but a pattern of exploitation.

I’ve contacted Matrix several times, but nothing has been resolved. At this point, it feels like harassment being charged for a cancelled service I don’t even benefit from. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it to the National Consumer Commission, the CGSO, and the NCR, and will go public on social media to expose this unfair practice.

All I want is to stop being billed for a service I no longer use. Matrix, please respect my cancellation and stop these unauthorized debit orders.
