One way traffic

Case no ***1 Just a follow to my last complaint about mix-telematics/beame . They have the audacity to send me a letter stating the matter has been resolved. Nothing was resolved. They continued to debit my account R174 last month and today sent and sms that the balance of R174 has been handed over. I’ve never ever heard of people doing business in this manner. These people are heartless and have no consciences. I want them to dare ‘hand me over’ They’ll curse the day they ever did business with me. I told them I’d cancelled the agreement a year ago. The woman that phoned me asked me from which number I’d called in to cancel and I gave her my cell and landline number. Within 5 minutes she called me back to say they could not find the call. These idiots think they are playing with and talking to children. How they checked 2 months trace back of calls within 5 minutes for 2 different telephone numbers is beyond me. Unless they are magicians!!! Instead of refunding me the 8 months that they wrongfully took from my account they still took 174 last month and sent and sms today for the final 174 saying they’ve handed it over. I’m telling you there are many tracking companies out there! Make your choice but avoid this company at all costs. They just want to take and take and never admit wrong, apologize or refund!!!!
