Mix Telematics picks and chooses what they respond to via their official email channels...so back we are on HelloPeter, publicising their shoddy admin and services. Unresolved issue regarding cancellation of two vehicles submitted on 31st October 2024 which you only decided to process on the 2nd of November in an apparent effort to squeeze another month's charges. On top of which, all charges were intended to be on a cash basis requiring one month's notice for cancellation, yet you now seem to indicate some of your unbundled charges are contracts. Emails to cancellations and corporate remain ignored with a week to go before the end of the month. Charges raised in December on the two vehicles in question will not be entertained.
