On the 28th of May, my daughter's vehicle was ****** in Springs. My son immediately informed Mix Telematics, the tracking company regarding the incident. They obtained the details of the incident and started with the tracking process. They recovered the vehicle within 90 minutes in Katlehong Township near Alberton. The Control Room continuously kept my son updated with the tracking process, until the recovery process. The officers making the recovery contacted my son and met with him afterwards to hand over valuable items like the baby chairs found in the car.
