Notice of account handover on a terminated account

I purchased a vehicle in 2017 which came with beamie tracks contract of 36 months and was paid once off.late December a debit order went of my account for that and I called the contact center to complain and I was told i have to Cancell via email and I did and also got confirmation for cancelation.. Please see below .A few days back I got an email stating notice of handover for areas of R109. Account 786598.what kind of nonsense is this ?if you guys mess up my credit record will have a serious problem.
