not treating your clients fairly
I'm angry I just received a message saying that my account is taken to ITC for R297.24 that is in arrers I called you guys to check what is this nonsense about your agent went through my account and provided her with proof that I don't owe you. She confirmed that Jan,feb 2023 were paid I missed March 2023 I told her that in April I made the payment for R100 to cover for March and in May I made the payment of R200 to cover April and May 2023. After leaving me for 2022 minutes she comes back to say that I owe JAN & FEB 2023 the bank just confirmed on the 29/05/2023 eh my too slow or the is something wrong here?they now saying they are taking me to ITC WOOOOW MY STATEMENTS SHOWS I PAID YOU
