not to be trusted, worst customer service i have ever got

I purchase a car last year May (2019) and i was informed by the dealer that the car would be installed with a tracking unit when i come to collect it. indeed i received an installation certificate from matrix Beame that they had installed the unit. on the 17th of July 2020 i called matrix and asked them to tract my car, their response was that my car was in Alberton city, that was not correct because my car was at home with me, the tracking agent then gave me the registration on he car registered in my name even the model of the car, this was not my car, when i gave them my car registration number, it was not on their system. for the past 13 months my car did not have a tracking unit and they gave me a false certificate.

that unit they install is not even a live tracker, they say it only give last updates so if you loose your car, they cant actively track it, but can only give you the last update they received. i called several times asking to speak to a manager but was sent to the same person all the time who did not even want to give me his name and was very rude and always cut m call, mind you i'm using my own airtime to call and i will be placed on hold for 20 minutes or more.

i would advice you not to trust this company with the security of your car, i doubt they can recover a ****** vehicle.
