NOT INFORMED!
I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH YOU PEOPLE IN THE PAST. I RECEIVED AN SMS TELLING ME I AM IN ARREARS OF R79.64. I HAD TO MAKE A PHONE CALL AND ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS AMOUNT. MIRACULOUSLY MY MONTHLY PREMIUM HAS INCREASED FROM NOVEMBER AND I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THIS!!!!!! I WILL GLADLY PAY THIS AMOUNT BUT WHY NOT INFORM ME?????? <br> <br> I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY CONTRACT EXPIRES. I AM COUNTING DOWN THE MONTHS!!!!
