Not happy with service

Beame Telematrix Tracker has been a pain to me, they debiting money from my account while my account with them has been cancelled and its been almost 6 months now since i cancelled the account but they still debiting, now i have to reverse the debit order every month, it came to a point that i reported them as a ***** since nothing is being done to my account
