Not happy but cannot cancel

I asked for a Beame tracker expecting a unit I can see live. No one explained to me that the R99 Beame one does not show a live location. I have been trying to get someone from matrix to contact me from the day it was installed to no avail. I have asked the installer to get someone to contact me. I have logged requests on all the emails and no one has contacted me. I am not happy with the unit for the price, and do not want it. I can get a unit from another company for the same price that gives me full live tracking and everything. It took 2 minutes to call me to get the sale, but now nothing.
