Not happy at all. I am wondering why I even too the whole package.
I took my car for service. When the mechanic was checking the air conditioner... discovered that the tracking device was installed right at the air vent...
Meaning if my car could be ****** the ******* won’t struggle to find it.
I phoned the Communicated with the Matrix Tracking People and they promised to get back to me since Thursday. Am driving my car not knowing if my tracker is active or not.
I did try to put a geo lock and started the car hoping they could phone me but for the past 24hrs not even a call.
Now I want to know if I am with the right tracking company or am just taking chances...?
