Not even one star rating should be given
Mix Telematics is the most *********** organisation that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Even their exit survey (Customer Satisfaction survey) is non-functional and will not advance past the first page ... They have persisted in claiming that I am in arrears on my account when I have paid in advance since inception of my contract in 2017 (notwithstanding me providing proof of every single payment and a recon on my account which nobody appears to have looked at, never mind app**** their minds).
