Not doin there job properly!!!

Hi there ive made contact with people to close the account nd payed up the closing fee on the account bt i see you people r stil debiting from my account which i asked to delete my details ect nd im stil getting emails from you people sayn i mst pay ...i have proof of my close up payment ..what type of business r u running if u guys r not doin your job properly...Geez!! Ill write everyday a review so u guys cn delete me completely off your system
