not being totally honest still

<p>I got my refund but its not the correct amount, was refunded R1677.79 but the refund should be R5970 because Linda told me the is no cancellation fee. I had the tracker for 6months so they should have taken R1194 and refunded me for the rest of the months. I asked for the invoice and was told they can not give it to me because the deal was done between them and the dealership, I therefore asked the dealership to request it for me but they still not co-operating. What should I do now becaused I paid of my car with the bank and want my full refund, worse thing I was never told that the dealership got commision from this deal. Kindly do good by your clients. I DEMAND MY FULL REFUND.</p>
