Not an easy business to deal with!!!!

Thus far I have enjoyed knowing that my car has a tracker of sorts however since inception and my very first dealings with Beam-e accounts department has been inconvenient and just loaded with hassles and queries. Putting a request in via customer service online is a waste of time as is sending them emails.
