Nonsensical Matrix.

I installed matrix 2weeks back, I got hijacked and I pressed the panic button but I did not even get a call not to mention assist from matrix. Going back and forth with them agreeing that they saw panic from my side there was no response thereafter. Now I want to cancel the contract and they are telling me about a cancellation fee and yet failure is on their side? Who should keep a useless tracker in their car? Even now I recently pressed the panic button but I get no response from their side.

Matrix is useless!
