Nonexistent service

Service nonexistent. Tried calling the call center numerous times from different phones without any success and even holding on the line for 30 minutes listening to the pre-recorded messages. Even tried the emergency number if your vehicle gets ****** or if you are in a hi-jack without any success. No answer at all. My Beam-e unit shows that it is faulty after changing it for the third time. Battery still 100% but unit faulty. Phoned Tiger Wheel & Tyre and they said it must be reported at MixTelematics to request a replacement unit, but they do not answer any calls ever. Even if they do replace the unit who would want to be with such a company that never answer any calls. What if you are in an emergency!!!!! Paying for a service that does not exist.
