Non response on queries

Joined matrix 4 years ago registered two vehicles its been going well all of a sudden my app is getting blocked(non payment) but they debiting monthly never missed a single payment since joining them been sending emails to customer care with proof of payments with no luck this month they deducted double still keeping the app blocked sent emails still nothing happens why are you not taking your customers serious?
