NON EXISTING SERVICE - STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I have send them numerous request to terminate my contract of a vehicle that has been sold without receiving any confirmation of the termination. Is this the way they treat a paying customer of over 4 years? Terrible and Unacceptable. DONT USE. If their tracking service is anything like their Accounts or Customer Care I honestly don't know how they recover any vehicles. Tried to phone numerous times and if you are lucky enough to get through to someone after about 20 to 30 minutes they just transfer you from the one person to the next and tell you to send an email which they clearly not actioning.

Will definitely not use for my new vehicle or ever again. STAY FAR AWAY!!
