Non-existing Customer Service!!
Good day Executive Team of Mix Telematics Africa. I have been a loyal customer for about 18 years and the time has come to cancel my services with Mix Telematics Africa. Your customer service is non-existing and I cannot trust that Matrix is in a position to look after the safety of my family and I. You used to be a great entity with focus on what is important. But no more.
